Intercession I

May I bring brightness to the dark valleys I walk through, because I found the brightness inside myself.

May I give mercy where others would give no quarter, and grace where others would be graceless.

May I have faith in others when the systems tug against me, and let it carry me through the struggle.

May I never doubt myself, for to doubt myself is to doubt the ones I love, and I do not doubt the ones I love.

I am the sword of justice. I am the shield against the unjust. I continue on for those who came before. I continue on for those who will come after. I continue on for myself. I continue on for the ones I love.
